Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are secured to prevent leaks, and include the provided packing slip.

  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label sent to your email onto the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
